Launched in November 1999, ANTIVA is an Information Technology Consultancy with a difference!

The company started as a Dispute Resolution company, helping businesses that had experienced difficulties with their systems supplier, to identify the problems and then resolve them.

The unique mix of businesses and IT experience means that most problems are resolved without recourse to litigation. After all, the main priority should be to get the systems working, not to referee over a fight that leads to court and more costs.

In addition to this service, we provide a complete procurement to delivery service for IT systems, allowing the businesses to reduce the risk of acquiring systems that do not deliver required benefits.

Since 2001, ANTIVA has been approached by a number of Insolvency Practitioners and banks to provide advice on valuations of businesses that are suffering financial difficulties or to provide interim management for companies in administration. In certain cases we have been able to identify prospective buyers of these businesses.

In addition, working with Marsh UK, ANTIVA has provided an IT audit service called ANTIVA Secure. The aim of this service is to carry out an annual IT audit to reduce the risk of systems failure or corruption bringing a business to its knees.
